Sr. Technical Office Engineer

You will be the backbone of our technical office operations — overseeing drawings, BOQs, subcontractor coordination, and client submittals across active fit-out and contracting projects. You will work closely with the design head and site engineers to ensure technical alignment from pre-construction through delivery. ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittalsDevelop and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and pricing sheetsCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on technical specificationsReview client and consultant RFIs and respond with accurate technical documentationSupport the project manager and site team with technical problem-solving on siteMaintain a structured document control system for all project filesAttend client and coordination meetings as neededManage workflow for the department Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering3–7 years of experience in a technical office role within an interior fit-out or contracting companyStrong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit & Coohom is a plusSolid understanding of finishing materials, MEP coordination, and construction sequencingDetail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skillsExperience working on commercial, office, or retail fit-out projects is preferred
