The Sr. TeleSales professional will handle outbound and inbound calls to present the company’s training programs, identify client needs, and offer suitable learning solutions. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, managing a sales pipeline, following up with prospects, and closing enrollment deals within defined targets and timelines. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing simple sales reports, and coordinating with the training and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The Sr. TeleSales professional will provide clear information about course content, schedules, and pricing, address questions or concerns, and contribute ideas to improve telesales performance and customer satisfaction.Qualifications Strong Sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed telesales or inside sales targets.Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.Ability to understand and promote Training programs, explaining benefits and outcomes in a compelling and accurate way.Previous experience in telesales, call centers, or education and training services is highly preferred.Comfort using CRM systems and basic office software to track leads and document interactions.Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work on-site in Giza, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.Arabic fluency required; English communication skills are a plus.
