Operates a variety of material handling equipment. Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the warehousing manager. Responsible for the safekeeping of all stock located within the warehouseControls and monitors the movement of all inventory items and ensures that inventory items are available when required Responsible for all incoming deliveries and shipments and safekeeping of all stock located within the warehousesOperates procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing equipment/materials shipments from the warehouseHandling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurateUsing delivery documentation or delivery notes, prepare items for dispatch to the clientWorks within the company’s policies, objectives, and quality management systemKeeps the warehouse clean and presentableResponsible for issuing permits for all goods orders/requestsEntering data on the system if requiredHandles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials. Maintains the warehouse, records area, and stores area in a neat and orderly mannerShips canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriateReceives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase ordersProcesses and distributes documentation with purchase orders, Reports, and documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
