Job Description:* Lead and manage structural engineering activities across projects* Oversee design reviews, calculations, and technical deliverables* Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements* Manage coordination with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders* Monitor project progress, risks, and technical performance* Lead teams and ensure timely project deliveryRequirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Master’s is a plus)* 13–15 years of experience* Strong experience in real estate development or construction companies* Proven experience in managing teams and large projects* Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
