The school is expected to grow to 500 students. As a co-educational residential school, with a mission to provide exceptional students with a world-class education based on ethics, academics, and diversity, Manara continues to build its organizational systems and infrastructure.Role OverviewThe Student Leadership Fellow is an early-career professional or recent college graduate who supports the planning, coordination, and execution of student leadership programs and events across campus. The Fellow works closely with the Student Leadership Supervisor to implement leadership initiatives, mentor students, and work on key projects such as leadership training, Egypt Day, and other internal leadership activities. 1. Program Planning & ExecutionAssist in designing, coordinating, and executing student leadership programs and events (Travel Week, Orientation Week, Egypt Day, etc.).Support student committees and leadership teams in planning, assigning roles, and executing activities.Help design materials, guides, presentations, and schedules for leadership events.2. Student Engagement & MentorshipContribute to the Leadership Profile project, capturing students’ growth, skill development, and reflections.Conduct check-ins and provide guidance to ensure student-led initiatives run smoothly.Support student-led committees in brainstorming, rehearsals, and reflection activities.Support the development and delivery of student leadership training sessions.Contribute to planning quarterly trainings and workshops for student leaders.3. Coordination & AdministrationAssist in documenting programs, tracking student participation, and summarizing outcomes.Participate in post-event evaluations, feedback collection, and follow-up actions.4. Student Enrichment ProgramHelp with the on-ground work to run eventsParticipate in post-event evaluations, feedback collection, and follow-up actions.Work with student leaders to execute their weekend plans Lead a club/society5.
