You’ll work alongside a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team.You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our suppliers' products and processes, driving improvements that directly impact our manufacturing excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as procurement, industrial, and engineering teams), oversee supplier performance, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of managing incoming inspections and supplier nonconformities, but also lead continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to site quality programs.We’ll look to you for:Ensuring control plans and inspection instructions are defined, registered, and available for incoming inspectors.Managing the process for maintaining and storing inspection records.Driving supplier containment actions, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for nonconformities.Ensuring supplier accountability for cost of non-quality (CONQ) and organizing retrofits and remedial actions.Leading and managing the SQ Serial, Incoming Inspection, and Supplier Quality Project teams.Preparing and providing site supplier quality reporting based on defined KPIs.Monitoring supplier performance and deploying dedicated risk mitigation plans.Collaborating with regional and global supplier quality organizations to share key insights and updates.Contributing to internal/external audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement programs.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
