Supply Chain Director - pharmaceutical

We’re hiring a Supply Chain Director to join a leading pharmaceutical organization.This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, and full regulatory compliance across the business.Key responsibilities include:• Developing and implementing supply chain strategies• Overseeing procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics operations• Ensuring the availability of raw and packaging materials• Managing supplier qualification, performance, and vendor relationships• Ensuring compliance with GDP and regulatory requirements• Optimizing inventory levels and operational costs• Collaborating closely with Production and QA teams• Leading and developing the supply chain functionRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Business• 12–18 years of experience in supply chain management• MBA is preferred• Strong expertise in supply chain planning, logistics, and operations• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and forecasting capabilities• Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience• Good command of English
