EgyCham is ISO certified in all three business scopes and is accredited by prominent international entities, including the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).EgyCham is hiring Supply Chain Director for one of our clients in Textile, located in Gesr El- Suez.Role DescriptionDevelop and implement the overall supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.Lead and manage Procurement Planning Warehouse Inventory Logistics and Distribution functions.Oversee demand planning forecasting and inventory management to ensure product availability across stores and warehouses.Monitor stock levels replenishment cycles and seasonal collection planning to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.Manage supplier relationships sourcing activities and vendor negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and product quality.Develop and improve supply chain policies procedures and operational workflows.Ensure accurate inventory control stock movement tracking and cycle count implementation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or any relevant field.From 14 to 16 years if experience in Supply Chain Management including extensive leadership experience within Textile Manufacturing Fashion Retail or Retail Clothing industry.Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations including Procurement Planning Warehousing Inventory Distribution and Logistics.Strong background in retail supply chain operations multi-branch distribution and seasonal inventory planning.Experience handling local and international sourcing import operations and supplier management is a must.Proven experience in managing high inventory volume and fast-moving retail products.Strong understanding of demand forecasting replenishment planning and inventory optimization strategies.Experience implementing supply chain improvement initiatives cost reduction plans and operational efficiency projects.
