In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage branch, lead and develop the branch team, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain food safety and operational standards, monitor inventory and sales performance, and drive profitability while achieving business objectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.8 to 10 years of experience.Strong knowledge of branch operations, inventory management, and stock control.Experience in sales analysis, KPI tracking, and business performance reporting.Experience in workforce planning, staff scheduling, and labor cost management.Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.Proven ability to manage budgets, operational costs, and profitability.Experience working with suppliers, purchasing, and inventory replenishment.
