Purpose of the JobThe Supply Chain Executive, reporting to the Supply Chain Leader, is responsible for supporting the business development of the logistics & supply chain function, while ensuring the highest standards of project management, commercial knowledge, and financial analysis to deliver impactful results that positively influence the function’s bottom line.Job DescriptionDevelop logistics business through new and existing customers, while ensuring proper customer relationship management.Drive the organization towards operational excellence by meeting the SLAs/KPIs for all customers and clients.Support the supply chain team in developing new, customized solutions for customers.Respond to RFQs/RFPs/tenders and prepare customer costing and rates through effective modeling, analysis, and simulation techniques.Conduct utilization and financial performance reports to project logistics performance and monitor project progress.Improve operational SLAs through regular customer feedback and stakeholder engagement.Coordinate with the commercial, operations, legal, PMO, and solutions teams to build logistics operational capacities in line with customer and legal requirements.Conduct regular workload distribution reviews to increase efficiency.Control direct and indirect costs (such as overtime, consumables, and outsourcing) in coordination with finance and operations teams.Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews with strategic customers.Ensure customer SLAs/KPIs are met while reducing service failures to mitigate credit notes.Ensure warehouse staff awareness of customized logistics procedures and requirements for new customers.Ensure end-of-month billing is executed correctly and on time.Adhere to company HSSE, compliance, and sustainability corporate policies and standards.Resolve disputes reported by customers regarding specific logistics failures.Take all necessary measures to reduce costs without compromising quality and standards.Job Requirements - Experience and EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics.0-1 years of experienceStrong proficiency in EnglishAnalytical thinking skillsProject management backgroundLogistics experience or similar fieldAdvanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) / Power BI (or similar) / WMSWork location: 6th of October Industrial ZoneLeadership BehaviorsBuilding Outstanding TeamsCollaborate & break silosExecution & AccountabilityExternal focusGrowth mindsetInclusionInnovationSetting a clear directionSimplificationSkillsAnalytical SkillsCommunication SkillsInterpersonal SkillsLeadership SkillsLogistics Knowledge Problem SolvingProject ManagementStakeholder ManagementTeam Building
