The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating architectural designs, preparing detailed architectural and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. The role includes coordinating submittals and collaborating with teams to ensure project accuracy and alignment with client requirements. The individual will also contribute to the development and oversight of project documentation and workflows.QualificationsExpertise in Architecture and creating dynamic architectural designsProficiency in Architectural DrawingsStrong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM)Experience in developing, reviewing, and managing SubmittalsProficiency in project coordination and collaborationDetail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skillsProficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related toolsBachelor's or master's degree in architectureExperience in the engineering consultancy sector or similar is advantageousRequirements:3–5 years of experience minimum in consultant engineering entitiesGraduate from one of the following universities: AUC, BUE, GUC, Ain Shams University, or Cairo University📍 Location: Preferably candidates residing near New Cairo, especially Mivida area
