Location: Cairo, EgyptWork Model: OnsiteSector: Education / EdTechClassera is looking for a Partners Success Supervisor – Mid-Senior to join our team in Cairo.The role will focus on managing partner relationships, supporting successful LMS adoption, and ensuring a smooth experience for educational institutions across the Central Region.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support partner accounts within the education sector.Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and continuous usage of Classera LMS.Act as the main point of contact for partners and educational institutions.Follow up on partner needs, issues, and requests to ensure timely resolution.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and partner satisfaction.Support training, enablement, and awareness sessions when needed.RequirementsBased in Cairo.3+ years of experience in E-learning, LMS, EdTech, Partner Success, or Customer Success.Strong English communication skills.Previous client-facing experience within the education sector is preferred.Strong follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience with Classera LMS is a plus.Apply nowIf you have experience in EdTech, LMS, or partner/customer success within the education sector, we would like to hear from you.
