ResponsibilitiesAI-Driven Requirement Extraction Manage and Do the requirement extraction service for the System and Product Architects Network utilizing the company AI tools. This role demands delivering high-accuracy results with rapid turnaround times to support architectural decision-making.AI & Intelligent Automation Leverage AI technologies (e.g., AI agents, NLP, automation assistants) to support: Requirement extraction and analysis Compliance and traceability support Engineering data processing and reporting Propose and implement AI-based solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual effort. Collaborate with system engineers to ensure AI solutions align with engineering standards and quality requirements.Tooling & Scripting Development Design, develop, and maintain automation tools according to the defined roadmap. Document high-level requirements and technical specifications for developed tools. Develop scripts and applications to automate repetitive engineering activities (e.g., requirement handling, traceability, reports, metrics). Ensure maintainability by documenting tool architecture, design decisions, and usage guidelines.Toolchain & ALM Support Define and support the required toolchain for System Engineering activities. Work with Requirement Management and ALM tools (e.g., Codebeamer, DOORS, Core ALM).
