Job Description:Participate in installations, configurations, on-site customer training, and product demonstrations.Maintain knowledge of various products and related technologies.Participate in the implementation of new technologies, following senior engineers' guidance.Collaborate with senior engineers on IT projects, learning from their expertise.Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying potential problems for our customers.Job Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience with specific technologies (e.g., Active Directory, cloud computing platforms).IT certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA).Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
