Job SummaryThe Lead Generation Supervisor is responsible for managing and developing the in-house lead generation and telemarketing team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality qualified leads that support Sales and Marketing objectives. The role focuses on team performance, outbound outreach operations, database expansion, lead qualification accuracy, and continuous improvement of lead generation processes across target markets.The position plays a key role in driving pipeline growth, improving conversion readiness, and maintaining a structured and well-segmented B2B prospect database.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and supervise a team of approximately 20 lead generation and telemarketing specialists.Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly lead generation targets while maintaining lead quality standards and conversion readiness.Ensure proper lead qualification processes are followed to improve Sales acceptance rates and overall pipeline efficiency.Build, maintain, verify, and continuously enhance the B2B prospect database across key markets including Egypt, KSA, UAE, Oman, and Iraq.Achieve targeted monthly database growth through ongoing research, validation, segmentation, and data enrichment activities.Monitor team KPIs, productivity, outreach effectiveness, and campaign performance to ensure operational excellence.Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach efforts with campaigns, strategic initiatives, and business priorities.Support marketing campaigns, webinars, events, follow-up activities, and outbound engagement initiatives.Prepare and maintain structured operational reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management review.Ensure CRM data accuracy, proper lead tracking, activity logging, and adherence to defined processes and SLAs.Identify coaching opportunities, develop team capabilities, and prepare high-performing team members for future growth opportunities within the organization.Continuously recommend improvements to scripts, outreach approaches, lead qualification methodologies, and operational workflows.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.5–10 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development operations.Proven experience leading or supervising outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation teams.Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and performance management skills.Good understanding of CRM systems, lead lifecycle management, data segmentation, and pipeline processes.Experience working within B2B technology, software, IT services, or digital solutions environments is highly preferred.Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to monitor KPIs and improve team performance.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining operational quality and discipline.
