· Manage and maintain the company’s servers, operating systems, backups, and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.· Design, monitor, and troubleshoot networks, branch connectivity, firewalls, VPNs, and communication systems.· Implement cybersecurity controls, monitor risks, and protect company systems and sensitive data from threats.· Provide advanced technical support, coordinate with vendors, and ensure business continuity for all branches and core operations.Skills· A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.· 3-5 years of experience.· Experience in banking, microfinance, fintech, or financial services preferred.· Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, networking, and firewalls.· Experience with backup, monitoring, and security tools.
