We are expanding our HR team and are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Section Head to lead our recruitment and organizational development initiatives across multiple regions.Job SummaryThe Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Section Head will be responsible for attracting top talent, strengthening organizational capabilities, and developing learning and development initiatives that support the company's strategic growth. The role requires an experienced HR professional who can recruit for multiple locations, build talent pipelines, and drive organizational development programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionLead the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, commercial, and corporate positions.Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across Egypt and international branches.Manage local and remote hiring processes for regional offices and subsidiaries.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring.Develop employer branding initiatives to position Mamiba as an employer of choice.Organizational DevelopmentDesign and implement organizational development initiatives aligned with business objectives.Review and improve organizational structures, job descriptions, and competency frameworks.Support performance management and succession planning processes.Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.Learning & DevelopmentAssess training needs across departments.Develop annual training plans and learning initiatives.Coordinate internal and external training programs.Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.HR ProjectsParticipate in HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.Develop HR policies, procedures, and best practices related to talent management and organizational development.Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.HR certifications are an advantage.Experience RequirementsMinimum 10 years of progressive HR experience.Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development.Previous experience within an industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, or cosmetics company is highly preferred.Demonstrated experience recruiting for multiple locations and international branches.Experience hiring remotely across different countries is a strong advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong interviewing and talent assessment skills.Excellent knowledge of organizational development methodologies.Experience designing and delivering learning and development programs.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Excellent project management and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Language RequirementsProfessional proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.French language proficiency is highly preferredWhy Join Mamiba?Join a rapidly growing international manufacturing company.Work with teams across multiple countries.Opportunity to shape the company's talent strategy and organizational development initiatives.Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities.If you are passionate about building high-performing teams and driving organizational excellence, we would love to hear from you.
