The Senior Sales Representative will proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality and healthcare sectors, focusing on hotels, resorts, and hospitals in assigned territories. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to product presentations, proposals, price negotiations, and closing deals. The role will involve maintaining and expanding relationships with key accounts, coordinating closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, and product development) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Representative will also analyze market trends, provide sales forecasts, prepare regular performance reports, and represent the company at virtual and in-person industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.QualificationsProven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally within hospitality, hotel supply, or related industries.Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing complex deals.Ability to build and maintain long-term client partnerships, with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Comfort working remotely with strong time-management, self-organization, and digital collaboration skills (CRM systems, online meeting tools, productivity software).Understanding of international or regional supply chains, pricing structures, and contract terms is a plus.Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional regional languages are an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits, trade fairs, and internal meetings as business needs require.
