The Talent Acquisition Lead – Tech & Non-Tech will own and lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract, assess, and hire top talent across company dept. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capability, employer branding expertise, and experience scaling fast-growing organizations—preferably within fintech, banking, or high-growth tech environments.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Strategy & Workforce PlanningPartner with senior leadership to design and execute the annual hiring strategy aligned with business growth plans.Develop workforce planning frameworks and hiring forecasts across tech and business functions.Advise leadership on market trends, talent availability, and competitive positioning.End-to-End Recruitment LeadershipLead full-cycle recruitment for roles across Tech and Non-Tech.Build strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles (Engineering, Product, Risk, etc.).Implement structured interview frameworks and competency-based assessment models.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.Employer Branding & Talent AttractionStrengthen blnk’s employer brand in the fintech and tech ecosystem.Drive recruitment marketing initiatives (LinkedIn campaigns, university programs, referrals, events).Position blnk as an employer of choice in the Egyptian talent market.Stakeholder & Team ManagementAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams.Manage and mentor Talent Acquisition team members (if applicable).Align recruitment KPIs with business objectives and deliver consistent reporting.Process Optimization & AnalyticsEnhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and time-to-fill.Track and analyze hiring metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, diversity metrics).Leverage ATS and recruitment tools to streamline operations.Qualifications & Experience6–9+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or senior role.Proven experience hiring across both technical (Engineering, Product, Data) and non-technical functions.Experience in fintech, banking, startups, or high-growth technology companies is strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical capabilities.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications are a plus).
