The specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including hiring, employer branding, and interviewing. Additionally, the role involves streamlining operations, collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals, and ensuring a high level of candidate experience and team integration.QualificationsExperience from 3-5 years with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and InterviewingSkills in Hiring and Employer BrandingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in using recruiting software and tools is a plusAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
