We encourage our employees to act like entrepreneurs and we are always seeking new ways to amaze the customerTalent Acquisition Specialist - CairoA Talent Acquisition Specialist is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goalResponsibilities:Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individualsEnsure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mindDevise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicantsCreate and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidatesCoordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteriaSource applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networksCreate job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each positionCompile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and referencesOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipelineMaintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholdersRequired skills and qualification:1 to 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similarroleExperience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsProficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networkExperience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidatesProficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trendsExcellent interpersonal and communicationPreferred skills and qualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar fieldKnowledge of applicant tracking systemsProfessional credential, such as HR Certification Institute
