• Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions from sourcing to onboarding.• Source candidates through various recruitment channels and field recruitment activities.• Conduct screening and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.• Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular hiring reports.• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.• Support employer branding initiatives to attract blue-collar talent. • Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills• Experience in high-volume hiring• Manufacturing or industrial recruitment experience is preferred
