As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us connect with exceptional people into our world of luxury desserts and retail excellence.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Cairo, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across retail, production, and support functions.You will own the full hiring journey, from intake meetings with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination, using multiple channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and events to attract qualified talent. The role also includes coordinating interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports.In addition, you will support employer branding initiatives, including career page content, recruitment campaigns, and participation in hiring events, to position VOILÀ as an employer of choice.QualificationsStrong end-to-end talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting across multiple role types and levelsProven experience in recruitment processes, from shortlisting and coordinating interviews to extending offers and managing candidate expectationsManage mass hiring initiatives for retail and production roles during peak seasons and business expansion periods, ensuring efficient hiring cycles and a consistent candidate experienceProficiency in interviewing techniques, including structured interviews and competency-based assessments to evaluate both skills and cultural fitProven ability to efficiently manage multiple open vacancies at the same time while maintaining quality, speed, and attention to detailExperience in employer branding activities, such as writing engaging job postings, managing career pages, and supporting recruitment campaignsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and common recruiting platforms and job boardsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open roles and deadlines in a fast-paced, growing environmentPrevious experience in retail, hospitality, or food & beverage recruitment is a MUST.Proficiency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken, is obligatory.To apply, please send your CV to: malaak.elmorsy@voiladesserts.netSubject line: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Cairo
