Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated "Talent Development Specialist" to join our NGO. In this role, you will focus on empowering our workforce by designing training programs, managing performance evaluation cycles, and creating career growth paths. Your efforts will directly enhance employee skills and align their development with the organization's goals and community impact.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps across different departments within the organization.Design, organize, and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.Manage and track the periodic performance appraisal process to ensure objective evaluations.Collaborate with department managers to build clear career paths, succession plans, and address any developmental needs.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, track metrics, and prepare detailed progress reports.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven practical experience (2-4 years) specifically in Talent Development, Training, or Organizational Development.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and performance management systems.Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.A strong passion for the non-profit sector and employee capacity building.
