If you're proactive, organised, and a fast learner who enjoys owning outcomes across multiple tools and systems, this could be the role for you. You'll focus on outbound headhunting, screening, candidate follow-up, scheduling, and maintaining exceptionally clean pipelines. You'll also support recruiting operations by building repeatable processes, reducing manual steps, and improving how we run hiring day-to-day.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment Ownership – Manage the full lifecycle across multiple domains, including niche roles, from sourcing through to offer.Headhunting & Sourcing – Use LinkedIn and other channels to find and engage top talent with persistent, personalised outreach.Screening & Progression – Run structured screens, keep scorecards sharp, and move candidates through trial tasks and interviews with momentum.Candidate Experience & Follow-Up – Be the candidate's go-to, keeping communication warm, timely, and human across the full process.AI Tools & Automation – Work hands-on with AI-powered recruiting tools and automations; build new ones as we grow.Pipeline Hygiene & Process Building – Keep candidate data clean, tracking structured, and workflows tight; spot inefficiencies and fix them proactively.Job Posting & Distribution – Post roles across channels and keep listings accurate, consistent, and visible where the best candidates look.Minimum QualificationsRecruitment Experience – 1–2 years in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar role.Confident Sourcer/Headhunter – Comfortable proactively finding candidates and persuading them to enter a process.Strong Communication Skills – Fluent written and spoken English; outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable on calls to convert candidates.Organised with Attention to Detail – Keeps stages, notes, and candidate data clean and consistent across systems.High Ownership & Pace – Proactive self-starter able to move quickly without dropping quality.Uses AI Regularly – Uses AI to draft outreach, summarise CVs, build shortlists, and maintain structured notes while validating outputs.Tool Agility – Picks up new tools quickly and works confidently across multiple systems day-to-day.Bonus QualificationsRemote Startup Experience – Comfortable with autonomy, async work, and building as you go.Recruiting Ops/Process Building – Experience creating SOPs, scorecards, templates, and SLAs to improve repeatability and speed.Mass Hiring Experience – Able to handle volume while maintaining quality and process hygiene.BenefitsTop-of-the-market pay.Remote working.Potential for flexible hours.Becoming a part of Palm Outsourcing, where your performance is rewarded in long-term job security and continued growth opportunities.Ready to elevate?Hit apply, complete your profile, and let the right opportunities come to you.Important NotesPlease note that this is a full-time position.
