We continuously partner with top-tier clients looking for exceptional international talent.Role DescriptionWe're looking for an Amazon Account Manager who owns the full Seller or Vendor Central operation β€” not just listing maintenance, but commercial performance. You'll be responsible for growing revenue across Amazon channels through optimised listings, advertising management, and a sharp understanding of the platform's mechanics. This is a results-driven role where the numbers tell the story.Key ResponsibilitiesListing Optimisation – Create and optimise product listings including titles, bullet points, A+ content, backend keywords, and imagery to maximise organic rank and conversionPPC Management – Build, manage, and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns with a focus on ACOS/TACOS efficiencyAccount Health Monitoring – Track and maintain seller account health metrics, address policy violations, and manage cases with Amazon Seller SupportInventory & FBA Management – Monitor inventory levels, restock timelines, and FBA shipment creation to prevent stockouts and storage fee overagesKeyword Research – Conduct regular keyword research using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataDive to inform listing and advertising strategyCompetitor & Market Analysis – Monitor competitor positioning, pricing, and review trends to identify opportunities and threatsReporting & Insights – Produce clear, structured performance reports covering sales, advertising spend, profitability, and ranking trendsMinimum QualificationsExperience – 2+ years managing Amazon accounts with direct ownership of sales performance and advertising spendPlatform Proficiency – Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor CentralPPC Expertise – Demonstrated ability to build and optimise campaign structures that improve ACOS without sacrificing growthTooling – Working knowledge of at least one third-party Amazon tool (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, Perpetua, or similar)Analytical Ability – Comfortable working with sales data, advertising reports, and profitability metrics to drive decision-makingCommunication – Able to document findings and present performance clearly to non-specialistsBonus QualificationsDSP Advertising – Experience running or supporting Amazon DSP campaigns for retargeting or audience-based reachInternational Marketplaces – Prior experience managing accounts across multiple Amazon marketplaces (UK, US, EU, or UAE)Brand Registry & IP – Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry, A+ content management, and brand protection toolsBenefitsTop-of-the-market pay.Remote working.Potential for flexible hours.Becoming a part of Palm Outsourcing, where your performance is rewarded in long-term job security and continued growth opportunities.Ready to elevate?Hit apply, complete your profile, and let the right opportunities come to you.
