· Monitor team performance and report KPIs for maintenance team monthly (SLA – Monthly finished Case – Delay Cases) to ensure that the required targets are achieved and avoid any delay in maintenance process.· Provide the required trainings and provide coaching by getting last update for technical trainings from vendors (assembly and disassembly for new models & technical tips) and cascade it to maintenance team. Perform effective diagnosis of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment to maximize availability to ensure that machine problem had been solved within our SLA time to achieve it.· Identifying root cause and remedial action to help identify and resolve recurring issues to get high quality in repair and avoid repeated issues to keep our maintenance image in market.· Lead the development of innovative solutions to unique problems to reduce the repair amount for our merchant for satisfy him.· Providing the maintenance team with the required tools that facilitate the repair process and complete the repair in the fastest time in a short time and with high quality, in order to achieve the challenge in the market.· Provide and monitor the spare parts required for the maintenance team and monitor their distribution in order to avoid any delay in the repair process and achieve the speed of repair required to keep pace in our market.SkillsWhat will you need?· Educational Background: University graduate.· Experience: 2-4 years of experience.· Technical Proficiency:· Ownership · Functional Skills· Ideas presentation and Taking initiative · Continuous Learning · Customer CentricityFunctional level: · Very good understanding of the system. · Having the required business knowledge.· Very good understanding of the POS.
