At Hassan Allam Construction, we are looking for a highly experienced Section Head Site Engineer – MEP to join our team and lead electromechanical works across major projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all on-site MEP activities to ensure project delivery within time, budget, and quality standardsSupervise and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teamsEnsure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulationsMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior managementReview shop drawings, method statements, and material submittalsResolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-siteRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering10+ years of experience in MEP construction, with a strong background in electromechanical projectsProven experience in a leadership or section head roleStrong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
