Eastern Company has earned a national investment grade rating of AA from MERIS, reflecting its strong market position and financial performance.Role Description The Team Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for overseeing day-to-day team operations within the company’s production or service environment. The person in this role will coordinate workloads, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure that daily targets and quality standards are met. They will support team members through coaching, problem-solving, and clear communication, while promoting adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures. The Team Supervisor will collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues, prepare regular reports on productivity and performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a focus on efficiency, accountability, and team development to maintain high standards and align with Eastern Company’s strategic goals.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong team leadership, people management, and coaching skills to guide and develop team members effectively.Candidates should possess skills in planning, organizing, and time management to handle schedules, workloads, and daily operational priorities.Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues, improve processes, and support continuous improvement.Candidates should possess clear verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members, peers, and management.Candidates should possess basic data analysis and reporting skills to track performance metrics and prepare operational reports.Relevant experience in supervision or team leadership within manufacturing, industrial, or service operations is highly beneficial.A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, management, industrial engineering, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of quality assurance practices, safety standards, and ISO-related procedures is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Giza, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with diverse teams is required.
