The person in this role will coordinate workloads, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure that daily targets and quality standards are met. They will support team members through coaching, problem-solving, and clear communication, while promoting adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures. The Team Supervisor will collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues, prepare regular reports on productivity and performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
