The position focuses on the technical delivery of landscape projects, including the preparation of accurate 2D drawings, detailed plans, and construction documentation.The role involves coordinating with design and engineering teams, ensuring drawings meet quality and compliance standards, and supporting project execution from design development through construction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive technical drawings, including masterplans, planting plans, grading, hardscape details, and construction packages.• Translate conceptual designs into fully detailed, buildable documents aligned with design intent and project requirements. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, international standards, and sustainability guidelines. Coordinate closely with architects, structural, MEP, and irrigation engineers to integrate technical requirements seamlessly.Review and provide feedback on shop drawings, materials, mock-ups, and contractor submittals. Support site teams during implementation by resolving technical queries and ensuring adherence to design quality.Research and recommend suitable plants, finishes, and materials for different project contexts and climates.• Uphold office standards of quality, precision, and consistency across all technical deliverables.QualificationsExperience in Landscape Design and LandscapingStrong project management and organizational skillsAttention to detail and an understanding of sustainable landscaping practices4–6 years of technical experience in landscape design and documentation.Proven ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractorsProficiency in design and modeling software is a plusStrong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, SketchUp.Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related fieldFamiliarity with regional climate conditions and local plant species is advantageous
