We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Architectural Draftsman with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of architectural drawings, BIM models, and construction documentation for a variety of projects. Working closely with architects, engineers, and project teams, the candidate will ensure the delivery of accurate, coordinated, and high-quality technical documentation in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop and prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Autodesk Revit.Create, maintain, and update BIM models, including floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details.Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other project disciplines to ensure design integration and clash-free documentation.Revise and update drawings based on design changes, coordination reviews, consultant comments, and client feedback.Ensure all drawings and BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, local regulations, and company standards.Prepare comprehensive architectural construction drawings for Tender, IFC (Issued for Construction), and As-Built stages.Assist in the preparation of authority submission packages and supporting documentation.Perform area calculations and architectural analysis, including built-up areas, GFA, footprint calculations, room schedules, and regulatory compliance requirements.Maintain organized project documentation and BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.Support project teams with technical drafting, design coordination, and documentation management.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural drafting and BIM modeling.Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and BIM workflows.Familiarity with local authority requirements and submission processes is an advantage.Excellent attention to detail, coordination skills, and ability to work within project deadlines.Strong communication and teamwork skills.
