This role will focus on supporting or independently delivering low to medium complexity projects within an assigned portfolio, enabling end-to-end delivery from mobilisation and design through to transition into IT operations. The role involves working across multiple systems, stakeholders, and third parties, ensuring delivery meets quality, time, and cost expectations.What you’ll doSupport or lead assigned projects within a portfolio, ensuring end-to-end delivery aligned with governance standardsAct as a project or delivery coordinator, building and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve project objectivesIdentify and engage stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery partners from project initiation through delivery lifecycleDevelop project plans, including timelines, dependencies, resource needs, and critical pathsContribute to the creation of business cases and cost estimatesMonitor and control project performance against defined plans and success metricsEnsure integration of all workstreams into a unified delivery planManage stakeholder communication plans and maintain alignment throughout deliveryForecast and manage resource requirements including people, technology, and financialsSupport governance compliance and ensure adherence to Vodafone delivery methodologiesFacilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners to deliver outcomesContribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and stakeholder engagement practicesWho you are An Egyptian national residing in EgyptEarly-career professional with 0–2 years of relevant experience in project delivery, ideally within ICT or technology environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across teamsDemonstrated ability to coordinate tasks and manage priorities in a structured mannerUnderstanding of telecommunications or IT environments is advantageousFamiliarity with software development lifecycle concepts is beneficialAbility to quickly acquire new technical knowledge and apply it in a delivery contextBasic leadership capability with the ability to support and motivate team members within a matrix environmentExperience using tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or ProjectNot a perfect fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
