This role focuses on mobilising, shaping, designing, and delivering technology-enabled transformation projects across multiple systems and stakeholders. You will play a key role in managing high-complexity programmes, ensuring delivery aligns with governance frameworks, business objectives, and quality standards.What you’ll doManage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from business case creation to transition into IT operationsLead the mobilisation, shaping, and design phases, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery standardsPlan, structure, and manage complex project roadmaps, including dependencies, resources, and critical pathsDevelop and manage detailed project and programme plans using structured delivery methodologiesBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional delivery teamsFacilitate stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and alignment throughout the project lifecycleManage project budgets, cost estimations, and financial tracking, including CAPEX governanceMonitor and control delivery performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetLead cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, including internal teams, system integrators, and third partiesDrive transformation initiatives involving technical change and business process improvementsEnsure compliance with Vodafone delivery governance and methodologiesIdentify measurable outcomes, success factors, and KPIs for project deliveryCreate and maintain stakeholder maps and communication strategiesForecast and manage resource demand across the project lifecycleSupport continuous improvement and optimisation of delivery practicesWho you areEgyptian national currently residing in EgyptDemonstrated experience in managing end-to-end delivery of complex ICT or technology projectsStrong understanding of software development and application delivery lifecyclesExperience in delivering transformation and technical change initiativesSkilled in managing cross-functional and cross-cultural teamsStrong leadership capabilities, with the ability to guide, support, and influence teams in a matrix environmentProven ability to manage multiple programmes or projects simultaneouslyBackground in telecommunications or network environmentsProfessional certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMPStrong financial understanding, including budgeting, capitalisation, and profit and loss principlesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levelsAbility to quickly build technical understanding across diverse domainsProficiency in Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and ProjectStrong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills with attention to detailNot a perfect fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
