Full TimeWe’re Hiring: Growth Marketing ManagerWe’re looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead student acquisition and scale our technical programs across Egypt and the MENA region.This is NOT a social media role.This is a results-driven growth role focused on generating leads, enrollments, and revenue.What You’ll Own:• Paid campaigns (Meta & Google Ads)• Funnel optimization (landing pages, conversion rates)• Copywriting for ads & campaigns• Managing freelancers (video editors, designers, content creators)• Building a scalable content & creative pipeline• Tracking KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS)We’re Looking For Someone Who:• Has real experience running paid campaigns with budgets.• Thinks in numbers, not just content.• Knows how to turn ideas into executed campaigns.• Can manage freelancers and deliver high-quality creatives.• Understands the Egyptian / MENA audience.Bonus:Experience in education, or info productsLocation: CairoHiring Process:Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical task to demonstrate their approach to generating enrollments.
