Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and develop shop drawings, technical drawings, and construction documentation for interior fit-out projects.• Review tender documents and project requirements.• Coordinate with design, commercial, and site teams throughout project stages.• Support design development and drawing revisions as required.• Maintain project documentation and drawing registers.• Ensure design intent and project standards are reflected accurately in all drawings.Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.• 3–5 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out or Technical Office roles.• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.• Good understanding of shop drawings, construction details, BOQs, and materials.• Experience in coordinating with design and site teams.• Fluent English communication skills.• Knowledge of SketchUp is a plus.
