Purpose of the Role:Lead and execute business development strategies to drive sustainable growth, increase revenue, expand the customer base, build strategic partnerships, and develop car rental, maintenance, and related services. The role is also responsible for improving market share and enhancing operational and commercial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business growth strategies.Acquire corporate, strategic, and government clients.Build sales channels and commercial partnerships.Increase fleet utilization and branch profitability.Identify expansion opportunities and new branch openings.Grow maintenance services and turn them into a profit center.Secure fleet and corporate maintenance contracts.Analyze market trends, competitors, pricing, and opportunities.Negotiate contracts and manage key business relationships.Improve customer experience and operational performance.Prepare business reports, budgets, and growth plans.Lead business development and sales teams when required.RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Professional certifications in business development or commercial management are preferred.Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).ExperienceMinimum 7 years of experience in Business Development or Commercial Management.Experience in car rental, maintenance, or fleet management is preferred.Experience managing commercial contracts and partnerships.Experience in the Saudi or GCC market is preferred.
