We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Office Engineer (Civil or Architectural) to join our team at our Sheraton office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating design concepts into precise execution data. You will handle the preparation of high-quality shop drawings, accurate quantity take-offs, project cost estimations, and financial tracking, while serving as a vital link of communication between the design office and on-site execution teams. Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesShop Drawings: Accurately prepare, review, and modify architectural or structural workshop drawings (Shop Drawings) ensuring they comply with design intent and construction standards.Quantity Surveying: Execute precise Quantity Take-offs for raw materials, ongoing executed works, and remaining tasks to track project progress and material consumption.Tendering & Estimation: Analyze project documents, drawings, and specifications to develop detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs), prepare cost estimations, and submit competitive pricing for tenders and bids.Financial Tracking: Prepare, review, and follow up on client progress invoices, monthly financial claims, and subcontractor variations to ensure smooth project cash flow.Site Coordination: Maintain continuous coordination with site engineers to resolve design discrepancies, clarify engineering details, and ensure that on-site execution perfectly matches the approved specifications.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a Technical Office role within a contracting or construction company.Software Proficiency: Full mastery of essential engineering softwares, with advanced hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Revit.Strong team player with excellent coordination and communication skills.Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and handle tight deadlines.A strict commitment to project timelines and deliverable
