The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings.Job Responsibilities:Study relevant design standards.Follow up new release of international/national standards and insure update any technical aspects accordinglyMonitor competitor’s solutions and insure Elsewedy designs to meet/exceed market trend with optimum cost.Manages own workload and prioritize tasks within time frames.Creates TDS for cables including (Cable construction, Copper construction, Raw materials used, Consumption tolerance, Applicable design and test standards)Provides concise and accurate technical offers to customers.Provide professional technical support to external sales, customer services, manufacturing, purchasing and QC.Co-ordinate with relevant departments for the smooth transition of design/processes into commercially manufactured products.Work within ISO 9001 quality systems and company procedures.Job Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Years of Experience: 0–2 years of experience.Language proficiency: Good command of English Language, written and oral.Computer skills: Excel, Word, Power point, good command of technical drawing, Knowledge of computer programming is an advantage.
