Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of technical engineers in managing engineering projects and daily tasks.Oversee daily technical office operations and ensure smooth workflow.Participate in recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating technical office staff.Coordinate with site teams, engineers, clients, and vendors to provide technical support and guidance.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues.Develop and implement effective processes for maintenance, project planning, scheduling, and tracking.Manage engineering projects, including budgeting, timelines, manpower, and resource allocation.Prepare technical reports, presentations, dashboards, and summaries for management.Ensure compliance with all legal, technical, and safety regulations.Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation.Support other departments with technical requirements when needed.Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.Analyze project performance and keep management informed of progress, risks, and opportunities.Create professional PowerPoint presentations for meetings and management reviews. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.9+ years of experience in technical office, maintenance, construction, or facility management.Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of engineering systems, maintenance planning, and project execution.Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Good understanding of safety standards and technical compliance.Experience in Facility Management is a strong advantage.
