Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Technical Office Team Leader, based in Alexandria, Egypt. Responsibilities include leading technical teams to achieve project goals, managing software development activities, overseeing troubleshooting efforts, and ensuring successful project completion within deadlines. The Team Leader will also work to foster collaboration, enhance team performance, and maintain alignment with organizational objectives. Qualifications Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide and motivate team members effectively.Skilled in Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges efficiently.Background in Software Development with knowledge of programming and coding best practices.Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and meeting deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective team collaboration.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in similar technical leadership roles is a strong advantage.
