The person in this role will oversee and guide a real estate sales team, set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, reviewing client inquiries, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle. The Sales Team Lead will collaborate with management to develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and prepare performance reports. This role also involves supporting team members in negotiations, resolving escalated client issues, and fostering a positive, goal-oriented team culture.Qualifications Strong team leadership and Team Management skills, with experience supervising and developing sales teams.Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build trust, manage client relationships, and handle inquiries and escalations effectively.Proven Sales skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals within the real estate sector or a similar field.Solid Analytical Skills to interpret market data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.Experience in real estate sales or property brokerage is highly preferred.Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software for managing leads, reporting, and documentation.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
