In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.This is a fun stage in the company's lifecycle as the core foundation has been but it is still early enough to assume a ton of ownership and to help shape the future of the company and its success.About the roleAs a Technical Product Manager Lead you will own initiatives directly while simultaneously leading, mentoring, and technically elevating a team of Technical Product Managers across junior, mid and senior levels.You will serve as the critical bridge between the Product and Delivery functions ensuring that product ideas are technically validated, feasibility-assessed and translated into high-quality delivery plans. You will own the performance and technical growth of the Techincal Product Manager team.Key Responsibilities:1)Delivery ExcellenceDeep expertise in end-to-end delivery design: BRD analysis, workflow mapping, gap and impact analysis, epic and story design, sprint planning.Produce high-quality delivery artifacts (workflows, epics, stories, sprint plans) that set the quality bar for the team.Lead engineering and QA alignment for your owned initiatives and ensuring squads are unblocked and delivery is on track.Proactively manage delivery risks, surface blockers early, and propose mitigations before they escalate.Participate in ideation and solution design sessions to validate technical feasibility and business alignment before delivery begins.Own the delivery process, workflow automation, and delivery tracking practices across all squads.Monitor team-wide delivery metrics like velocity, deviation rate, risk patterns, and use data to drive improvements.Team Leadership & Performance ManagementOwn the technical performance, growth, and quality output of the entire TPM team.Introduce frameworks, templates, and tools that improve consistency and quality across the TPM team.Conduct regular performance reviews and technical assessments for all TPMs — Junior through Senior.Identify skill gaps across the team and recommend targeted development interventions.Review the TPM delivery workflows, epics, stories, gap analyses — before they reach engineering teams.Job Requirements8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management.Proven track record of leading and technically developing TPM or BA teams.Knows JIRA, including workflow configuration, automation, and reporting.Strong people leadership skills and able to assess performance fairly, give structured feedback and build development plans that drive real growth.High ownership mindset drives outcomes without being asked, holds themselves and their team accountable to delivery standards.Fintech industry experience is a plusTechnical background in software engineering, Testing or data is a plus.Apply now and be part of a team that is shaping the future of finance in Egypt and Saudi Arabia!
