Technical Project Manager (Dynamics 365 CRM) | Hybrid | New CairoWe are currently partnering with a global consulting firm to support the build-out of one of Egypt’s rising digital banks, and we’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (Dynamics 365 CRM) to join the team.This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a fast-paced banking environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive successful CRM delivery.Role DetailsRole: Technical Project Manager (Dynamics 365 CRM)Contract Duration: Initial 12-month projectSetup: Hybrid (2–3x onsite per week in New Cairo Office)Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9am–6pmKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM projects and initiativesCoordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure timely project executionManage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectationsDrive agile delivery practices and project governanceFacilitate workshops, planning sessions, and project status reportingWork closely with solution architects, developers, QA, and business teams to align technical and business requirementsEnsure project delivery aligns with enterprise and banking standardsRequirementsStrong experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM projects in enterprise environmentsProven background in technical project management and software deliveryExperience working with agile and waterfall methodologiesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teamsExperience within banking, fintech, or digital transformation projects is highly preferredPMP, Scrum, or relevant certifications are advantageous
