Role OverviewWe are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale banking technology implementations across two key verticals:Core Banking (Temenos)Card Management Systems (CMS)Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery across Temenos core banking and/or card & payments platformsManage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, and deliverablesDrive system implementation, integration, migration, and rollout activitiesCoordinate with business, IT, vendors, and third-party providersOwn stakeholder engagement, including senior bank leadership and external partnersEnsure effective risk, issue, and dependency managementOversee solution delivery across APIs, middleware, and legacy integrationsSupport testing, UAT, and production deployment cyclesEnsure compliance with banking regulations, security, and audit requirementsDrive execution within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environmentsVertical 1: Core Banking (Temenos)Strong experience in:Temenos Transact (T24), Infinity, or related modulesCore banking implementation, upgrades, or transformation programsProduct configuration, interfaces, and data migrationIntegration with surrounding banking systems (payments, channels, reporting)Vertical 2: Cards & Payments / CMSStrong experience in:Card Management Systems (CMS)End-to-end cards lifecycle (issuing, acquiring, authorization, clearing, settlement)Payments platforms (switching, wallets, digital payments, real-time payments)Integration with networks (Visa, Mastercard) and payment gatewaysKnowledge of ISO 8583 / ISO 20022 is a strong advantageQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5–10+ years of experience in project management within banking or fintechProven track record delivering complex system implementationsHands-on experience in at least one vertical (Temenos OR Cards/Payments) — exposure to both is highly preferredStrong technical understanding of banking architecture and integrationsExperience managing cross-functional and vendor-driven projectsTools & MethodologiesProficiency with JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar toolsStrong command of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery modelsExperience with project tracking, reporting, and governanceCore CompetenciesStrong delivery ownership and accountability mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience working in matrix and cross-functional structures
