You will work in a team-oriented environment that accelerates operational efficiency.Duties & ResponsibilitiesGet leads and inquiries from contractors.Follow up on ADAM for Quotations Job in Hand & Tender.Review the inquiry and coordinate with customer for missing information.Send inquiry of Quotation to pricing department.Send inquiry of Submittal to the engineering department.Follow up for submittal approval and sit with technical team to resolve any technical issues on compliance or submittal.Negotiate final price and terms of payment by coordinating with the management.Refer back to Business Development Manager in case of help and support with client or consultant.Conduct site visits and meetings.Quality ResponsibilitiesAbide by KBE quality policy and procedures.Abide by the KBE health and safety instructions.Ensure reporting of accidents, incidents and near misses to HSE Manager and HR Manager.Make sure to collect accurate order specifications.Communicate order specification accurately to pricing and production department.Follow up technical submittal submission from engineering department.Ensure final order design specification, cost and delivery date from customer.Communicate any change that may occur during production (delivery day, change in specification.) to customer for approval before initiation.Communicate any change from customer after approval of order to production.Follow up with production and customer about delivery date.Communicate any receive customer claim to QM Specialist and Top Management.Report potential improvement actions to QM Specialist and Top Management.Qualifications, Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.2-3 years of experience in HVAC.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and other engineering design tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, time management, problem solving, decision making, strategic thinking, and stress management.Proficiency in Microsoft excel.Looking forward to receiving your CV!
