The Technical Tier 1 Support Agent will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to higher tiers. They will also document support interactions and provide excellent customer service.QualificationsTechnical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applicationsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a technical support role is a plus
