Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter Supervisor to lead and enhance our technical hiring efforts within a fast-paced fintech environment. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, supervising a small team of recruiters, and partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent across engineering, product, and technology functions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Product, Data, Infrastructure). Supervise, mentor, and support a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and continuous development. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical talent. Build strong pipelines through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, tech communities). Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health). Drive process improvements and recruitment best practices, including structured interviews and assessments. Collaborate with Employer Branding to strengthen the company’s presence in the tech talent market. Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities. Qualifications & Requirements 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within fintech, technology, or fast-paced startups. Proven experience in hiring for technical roles (e.g., backend/frontend engineers, DevOps, data roles). Previous experience in team leadership or mentoring is a strong plus. Strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and hiring challenges. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience using ATS systems (e.g., Zen ATS or similar platforms). Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
