The organization operates with Tax Identification Number 468-688-672.Role Description The Telesales Education & Certifications role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The primary responsibility is to contact prospective and existing learners by phone to introduce E3mel Business Academy’s training programs and certifications, understand their needs, and recommend suitable courses. The role includes managing inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, explaining program features and benefits, and guiding applicants through the enrollment process. The telesales professional will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, achieve individual and team sales targets, and coordinate with training and support teams to ensure a smooth learner journey. The position also involves handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing clear information about schedules, fees, and certification requirements.Qualifications Strong Sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed telesales or inside sales targets.Excellent Communication abilities, including clear phone presence, active listening, and persuasive presentation skills.Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships with learners.Ability to explain Training programs and certifications clearly, and to match offerings to customer needs.Prior experience in education, training services, or call center environments is preferred.Comfort using CRM systems and basic office software to track leads and follow-up activities.Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both spoken and written.Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work in a target-driven, collaborative environment.
