Role Description The Arabic Telesales Relations Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The role involves engaging with potential customers, handling inquiries, offering tailored business solutions, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships. This role also requires achieving sales targets, assisting with client training, and providing exceptional customer support. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and articulate value to clients.Proficiency in Customer Support and resolving client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.Sales expertise, including the ability to identify client needs, pitch services effectively, and achieve sales targets.Experience in Training clients or businesses on offered solutions is highly desirable.Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an added advantage.Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and client interactions seamlessly.Prior experience in telesales, client relations, or a similar role is preferred.
