You should have a proven track record in sales leadership, exceptional strategic planning abilities, and the capability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.In this role, you will :Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets;Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customerbase.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionand retention.Set clear performance goals, monitor individual and team metrics, and provide regular feedback andcoaching to ensure continuous improvement.Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas forgrowth.Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team achievements tosenior management.Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching teams.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 6+ Years of experience in a similar field;1-2 years of experience in people management;Experience in digital advertising sales.In-depth understanding of the sales administration process, principles and customer service practices;Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;Knowledge of the classifieds market and user behaviour;Strong leadership and team management abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment;Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategy.Comfortable working in a team environment;Able to lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve specific goals;Problem-solving attitude;Team Player.BenefitsA fast paced, high performing team.Comprehensive Health InsuranceLife InsuranceRewards & RecognitionsLearning & Development opportunities#Egyptdubizzle
